As a resident of Maryland, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:

• Indicate your wishes on your driver's license or state ID when you apply for or renew it.

• Sign up online to be an organ, eye and tissue donor on the Maryland Donor Registry at www.donatelifemaryland.org
